 At Wellness Works Health & Fitness , we pride ourselves on creating safe, entertaining yet highly effective fitness classes and personal training programs for our clientele. Please note that most classes are 55 minutes unless otherwise noted and personal training sessions are 60 minutes. Personal training sessions are booked by appointment only.

Feed your mind and invest in your health through educational health seminars and consultations offered by our associates. Center yourself and just be still in our meditation or yoga/pilates classes.

Fusing the most effective principles of Yoga and Mat Pilates, this class teaches mindfulness of breath and muscle while sculpting the whole body and strengthening the core.

Shape your body and build your physical resilience with a wide variety of high and low impact exercise classes. All are designed to improve your heart, muscle and bone health.

A yoga friendly, high repetition, light resistance strengthening workout using dumbells, resist-a-bands and weighted bars to strengthen your muscles and bones.
  

FlowSport®

Don't be fooled, this class is a fast paced, heart pumping bonanza featuring YOU as the main source of resistance.
